Greenscape is acquiring a significant stake in MSG Credit Card Services, a company specializing in the development and commercialization of payment processing terminals for next generation retail and fintech credit card technologies. Greenpay's unique high-efficiency merchant credit card technology approach is called 'cloud payments'.

Greenscape also offers a particular focus to the parking industry. Greenscape has built the world's greenest parking structure, servicing the Denver International Airport, with operating partner Propark America. Many features have been incorporated into the design and construction to achieve LEED Gold certification including solar, wind and geothermal power generation, LED lighting and electric vehicle charging stations. This industry-transforming development has been certified as a Demonstrator Site for the Green Parking Council and will serve as a model from which new and environmentally responsible parking facilities will be built.
