Canopy Airport Parking is a state-of-the-art sustainable parking facility that has been certified as a Demonstrator Site for the Green Parking Council. According to a study by Architectural Energy Corporation, the total annual cost savings at Greenscape's Canopy Airport Parking facility is 70% when compared with engineering baselines.

    • August 3, 2010, Geothermal borehole work is complete at the Denver green parking facility
    • November, 2010, Scheduled month for final completion of the Denver green parking facility
